Service availability may vary by location, weather, disposal restrictions, scheduling, and equipment availability.

• All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.
• Final pricing may change if:
  • Additional items are added
  • Load volume differs from estimate
  • Weight exceeds expectations
  • Access conditions are unsafe or difficult
  • Hazardous or prohibited materials are present
• Estimates are not guaranteed until confirmed by the Company.

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We may require deposits for large jobs, specialty removals, or scheduled appointments.
• Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, electronic transfer, ACH, invoicing platforms, or other approved payment processors.
• Returned payments, chargebacks, or failed transactions may result in additional fees and collection efforts.

By authorizing removal services, the customer confirms they legally own or have authority to dispose of all items being removed.

Once materials, junk, debris, or personal property have been loaded, removed, hauled away, donated, recycled, or disposed of by Full Tilt Clean-Up & Hauling LLC:

• Ownership is permanently relinquished by the customer
• Items may not be recoverable
• The Company is not responsible for returning removed items

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring no valuables, legal documents, sentimental items, cash, firearms, medications, or personal records are included in removal piles.

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and lawful access to the property
• Ensure utilities, gates, elevators, and pathways are accessible when needed
• Secure pets, children, and hazardous conditions during service
• Disclose hazardous materials or unsafe structures before service begins
• Obtain any required permissions from landlords, property owners, HOAs, or municipalities

The Company reserves the right to refuse removal of any materials deemed hazardous, illegal, unsafe, or restricted, including but not limited to:

• Chemicals and solvents
• Paints and oils
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Biohazard waste
• Explosives or ammunition
• Fuel, propane, or flammable substances
• Medical waste
• Illegal items

Additional handling or disposal fees may apply where legally permitted.

• Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, disposal facility delays, emergencies, or prior job conditions.
• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees.
• We reserve the right to reschedule services when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

While we take reasonable care during all services, the customer acknowledges that hauling and removal work may involve inherent risks.

Full Tilt Clean-Up & Hauling LLC shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing property damage
• Damage caused by structurally compromised areas
• Cracked driveways, weak concrete, landscaping compression, or underground utilities
• Damage resulting from customer instructions or concealed hazards
• Minor incidental marks, scuffs, or unavoidable wear associated with removal operations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service at any time if:

• Conditions are unsafe
• Harassment or threatening behavior occurs
• Illegal materials are present
• Access becomes hazardous
• Payment fraud is suspected
